1. These are full-grain, leather motorcycle boots, they might feel tight or stiff at first.

2. Once broken in, they fit Wide (E-EE).

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

    1. "Do you make wide sizes?"

    Yes, but they have to break in. I designed our boots for an American foot (wider). They may feel snug in the toe box, but they will break in.


    2. "But I saw a YouTube review that said—"

    LET ME STOP YOU THERE. He's not reviewing the boot you'll receive — and you (hopefully) don't have his foot.

    I make upgrades with every batch. Each batch contains those upgrades. The little numbers next to the boot name indicate what version you'll be purchasing.


    3. "Do you offer a military/first responder/veteran discount?"

    Yes. Email your documentation to hello@indieridgeusa.com and we'll email you a discount code.


    4. "Okay, I got them, unlaced the first two grommets, shoved in my foot, and they feel a little tight. Did I get the wrong size?"

    Probably not. Take the laces completely off and walk around. Your boot should feel firm everywhere EXCEPT your heel. After some use, the leather will soften and the boot will mould to your foot.


    5. "Wait, so I can actually wear them?"

    Yes. It's called "The Live Free Guarantee". How can you know if you like riding boots if you can't wear them, or even *GASP* ride with them?

    There are some limitations though. Read "The Live Free Guarantee" — but overall, I want happy customers. Happy customers come back.


    6. "I can really return them even if I've worn them or ridden with them?"

    Yes, but again, read "The Live Free Guarantee" and our Official Return Policy, The "Road House" Return Policy. They work hand in hand.


    7. "It's Thursday and I need my boots for a ride Saturday, will they come in time?"

    Probably not. You can buy expedited shipping at checkout, but that does not include Fulfillment Time (1-2 business days) and shipping times are estimates.


    8. Okay, so what kind of conditioner should I use on my new Indie Ridge boots?

    I've tried probably every conditioner/oil that exists. I recommend "Fiebing's Aussie Leather Conditioner". It's cheap and you'll never see the bottom of that tub.


    9. "Are your boots CE Certified?"

    They are. Our EN 13634:2017 results for The Phoenix Collection (Waterproof) are: 1 2 2 2 + WR and 1 2 2 2 for The Wingman Collection (Ventilated).

    We sent our boots to France for testing a year ago, but one American work-hour equals two weeks in France. Our current inventory doesn't have CE marking, but as new inventory arrives, it will.


    10. "Do you ship to Canada?"

    Yes. But, you're responsible for all shipping, returns, exchanges, in addition to duty and fees. Sorry, but you know where you live.


    11. "How do I return or exchange a product?"

    There's probably ten links on this site that say "Size Exchanges & Returns." Pick one.

    These boots saved my foot

    These great looking boots are first and foremost premium safety apparel. On Nov 3, 2021 I had a bad crash and totaled my Indian Roadmaster. I spent 19 days in the hospital with numerous injuries, including 2 dislocated toes on my left foot. I was told if not for these boots, my foot would have been crushed. My new boots are on the way and will be ready when I'm able to ride again. I won't ride without them! Thank you Steve & the whole Indi Ridge team for your great products!

    Only two negatives about this boot

    I love this boot. I have chronic lower back pain and this boot is incredible. I rode it for a road trip (Guinness World Record Poker Run) that was just over 6,000 miles and through 17 states. It was wonderful! My ONLY two negatives are the sole needs to be non-slip and the inside needs a little more insulation around the instep and lower foot regions.

    2nd time's the charm

    My first pair of Crow boots were stiff when new. I mean extremely stiff. After a week or 2 of wear they slowly broke in and felt much more comfortable. All was good until after about 2 months the toe cap on the right boot started splitting at the seam, and within a day or 2 was completely broke free. I sent some photos to the sales team and they no questions asked said they'd take care of me and sent me another pair. The 2nd pair arrived, and I was quite surprised when they immediately were much more comfortable than the first pair, even though they were the same size and model. Obviously the first pair was defective. Stuff happens. They took care of it and I'm a happy customer.

    Cold ride home

    Recently I purchased the crow Motorcycle boots, and without breaking them in I hit the road on a 350 round trip to Waynesboro Va. but my trip had to be cut short and I had to return home earlier then expected.

    Leaving at 7 AM in 32 degrees I rode none stop just over 160 miles. During that ride home every part of my body was chilled at one time; other then my feet. Not only did the boots feel as they are made for me but they kept my feet warm. I have had only good luck with Indie products, if I were to make any recommendations, possibly a boot option with a bit of a heel for us shorter riders.

    Perfect Boot! Female rider

    I love these boots! I was looking for more of a shoe style for riding since anything with a heel catches on my pegs and has caused an issue before, these are it! I got more than I asked for! Protection, durability and style. They are stiff but once riding in them a few times I've adapted and shifting is better than before. The more I wear them the more I love them. I get compliments and give the name every time! I'm a women's 9-9.5. I ordered the 9 and although snug at first I think they fit perfect now! I want every color now! Only riding shoes I'll ever own now!
