When I first sat down to discuss collaboration ideas with the godfather of West Coast graffiti, we didn’t start with, “How about let's make a $2000 motorcycle boot.”

But when you work with an artist like RISK, if he wants to make something special, you either go big, or you get back on the 210 and go home.

And I hate the 210.

Unique on the feet.

I love these boots, not only are they made with the same attention to detail as my previous two pair (Walker, Knight), they also capture a unique moment of aviation history. Every time I view the transcripts on the tongue of each boot, I'm reminded of the guts and determination of pilot Ronald J. "Jack" Layton as he calmly ejected from his Ill-fated ship.

I applaud Steve on this genuinely unique creation.
