SIZING GUIDELINE:

Order your most common size, but remember:

1.
These are CE-rated Level 2 motorcycle boots. They'll be stiff at first, but will break in.

2. After the break-in period, they can accommodate up to a EE-width, but only if you have a EE-foot. They won't magically turn into a EE if you have a standard-width foot.

3. As long as your heel isn't slipping up and down and your toes aren't touching the end, you probably have the right size, even if it feels snug. Again, see point #1.

WOMEN'S SIZES:

1. Go up one size. If you're in between sizes, go larger. Also, see points #1, #2, #3.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. "What size should I order?"

Your most common size in sneakers/tennis shoes. The boots run a tad long, but the MOST IMPORTANT THING is that your heel feels nice and snug and your toes aren't hitting the ends of the boots. They should feel tight around the rest of the foot until you break them in.

2. "But I saw a review that said—"

LET ME STOP YOU THERE. Did the review specify what version they had? Is it the same boot you're going to buy? Do you have his foot? No. No. Hopefully no.

I make upgrades, tweaks, slight changes, with every batch. The number next to the boot indicates what version I'm on. Multiply that number by 4 and that's probably the batch I'm on.

3. "So what size should I order?"

Read the three points above. Order your most common size in tennis shoes (NOT boots). Go up a half size if you're ordering The Comanche, Black Comanche, or The Armstrong.

4. "Okay, I got them, and they feel a little tight. Did I get the wrong size?"

Probably not. Take the laces completely off and walk around. The only thing that should feel comfortable is YOUR HEEL. As long as it's nice and snug, the leather will soften and the boot will mold to your foot.

5. "Wait, so I can actually wear them?"

Yes. It's called "The Live Free Guarantee". How can you know if you like riding boots if you can't *GASP* ride with them?

There is a fail safe. It's called The "Road House" Return Policy and it's brutal.

But, read "The Live Free Guarantee" first.

I want happy customers. Happy customers come back.

6. "I can really return them even if I've worn them or ridden with them?"

Yes, but again, read "The Live Free Guarantee". It's the UNOFFICIAL Return Policy. Our Official Return Policy is The "Road House" Return Policy.

If you abuse "The LFG", you won't be able to purchase from us in the future.

7. "It's Thursday and I need my boots for a ride Saturday, will they come in time?"

No. You can buy expedited shipping at checkout, but that does not include Fulfillment Time (1-2 business days).

Shipping times are estimates and you will not be refunded if it doesn't come on the exact day it said.

8. "What kind of conditioner should I use on my new Indie Ridge boots?"

I've probably tried every conditioner/oil that exists. I recommend "Leather CPR". It's cheap and you'll never see the bottom of that tub.

9. "Do you ship internationally?"

Yes. But you're responsible for all shipping fees, in addition to duty and fees. Sorry, but you know where you live.

10. "How do I return or exchange a product?"

For domestic orders, click anywhere it says "Size Exchanges & Returns" to begin a free exchange or return.

You can email us with any other questions just don't ask how to do a Size Exchange or Return.

Or call us at (323) 207-9181 between 9:30am-5:30pm Pacific Time. If I don't answer, Stephanie or Natalie (the nice ones) will.

If you leave a message, I'll call you back and we'll talk about nothing, or everything, for 45 minutes.

I've been wearing them about 4 months now. (Because I designed it).

One of the biggest differences I've felt with V5 than previous versions is grip. I've been experimenting with different rubber composites.

For V5s I fixed a possible place where water could get in. I made some comfort construction updates. But the biggest difference made is 1. Better grip 2. And it just feels sturdier than previous versions, while still comfortable as hell.

I'll have to wait until the one time it rains in LA but, I think I just killed it again with the Black Comanche.

Excellent Boots

The boots fit perfectly and were comfortable right out of the box. There was practically no break-in period. The tread is great and gives lots of grip. I’ve debated buying a pair of Indie Ridge boots for a while. Now that I finally bought them I’m sorry I waited so long. In fact I’ve already ordered a 2nd pair in a ventilated version.

Excellent in Every Way

I wear a 9 1/2 - 10 US Men's. I ordered the Black Comanche in size 10. The boots were snug upon receipt. Wore them around the house for the first two days - 4-6 hours at a time. Never caused any pain or discomfort at all - snug, but not bad. Rode wearing them on day three. No issues at all. The boots fit very well (like someone traced my feet and custom made the boots). No pain or hot-spots in the boots. Not even a mark on the boots from the shifter. Really pleased with these. I'll be buying my Brother a pair for his December Birthday (he'll have all winter to break them in).

The Black Full Gauntlet gloves that I got with the Comanche's fit very well (the pinkie was a bit long so I filled each pinkie tip with a cotton ball - perfect!. Sizing chart on the site is spot-on. These will get a good workout when Autumn arrives. These are the only warmer gloves I have now.

The Motorcycle Mask they added as a Bonus is also top shelf. What are the chances that a Bonus is the only pattern you really considered buying?

Great ordering experience and great products! You can tell these folks CARE about what and how they sell. Thank you very much.

Best MC Boot I've had!

I'm a US 10.5 4E Wide, and have never found a dedicated MC boot to fit. Based on reviews and interview where owner says he uses a specific "american" last, I took a chance. These fit true to my size, albeit snug at first, right out of the box. After walking around the house for about 20 mins, they started loosening up noticably except in the toe box, which has some hard plastic/CE in there. The toe may never loosen up, but it only feels mildly claustrophic in my toes on the bike, and feels perfectly fine when walking. Closest I've found for a good fit outside of soft-toed work boots in 30 years of riding. These ARE WIDER than the TCX boots I've tried in the past, as many say TCX run wide, but weren't wide enough for me. My only real concern with the Indie's is that the sole isn't stitched to the boot, but rather appears glued. Time will tell. But even with that, I will be ordering a vented version also, based on the price point and my initial experience so far.

Great boots

I was waiting on the Crows for my size but wasn't available and then these came out. Boots are very nice, comfortable and grippy. Fits me good at 9.5.
