SIZING GUIDELINE:

Order your most common size, but remember:

1.
These are CE-rated Level 2 motorcycle boots. They'll be stiff at first, but will break in.

2. After the break-in period, they can accommodate up to a EE-width, but only if you have a EE-foot. They won't magically turn into a EE if you have a standard-width foot.

3. As long as your heel isn't slipping up and down and your toes aren't touching the end, you probably have the right size, even if it feels snug. Again, see point #1.

WOMEN'S SIZES:

1. Go up one size. If you're in between sizes, go larger. Also, see points #1, #2, #3.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. "What size should I order?"

Your most common size in sneakers/tennis shoes. The boots run a tad long, but the MOST IMPORTANT THING is that your heel feels nice and snug and your toes aren't hitting the ends of the boots. They should feel tight around the rest of the foot until you break them in.

2. "But I saw a review that said—"

LET ME STOP YOU THERE. Did the review specify what version they had? Is it the same boot you're going to buy? Do you have his foot? No. No. Hopefully no.

I make upgrades, tweaks, slight changes, with every batch. The number next to the boot indicates what version I'm on. Multiply that number by 4 and that's probably the batch I'm on.

3. "So what size should I order?"

Read the three points above. Order your most common size in tennis shoes (NOT boots). Go up a half size if you're ordering The Comanche, Black Comanche, or The Armstrong.

4. "Okay, I got them, and they feel a little tight. Did I get the wrong size?"

Probably not. Take the laces completely off and walk around. The only thing that should feel comfortable is YOUR HEEL. As long as it's nice and snug, the leather will soften and the boot will mold to your foot.

5. "Wait, so I can actually wear them?"

Yes. It's called "The Live Free Guarantee". How can you know if you like riding boots if you can't *GASP* ride with them?

There is a fail safe. It's called The "Road House" Return Policy and it's brutal.

But, read "The Live Free Guarantee" first.

I want happy customers. Happy customers come back.

6. "I can really return them even if I've worn them or ridden with them?"

Yes, but again, read "The Live Free Guarantee". It's the UNOFFICIAL Return Policy. Our Official Return Policy is The "Road House" Return Policy.

If you abuse "The LFG", you won't be able to purchase from us in the future.

7. "It's Thursday and I need my boots for a ride Saturday, will they come in time?"

No. You can buy expedited shipping at checkout, but that does not include Fulfillment Time (1-2 business days).

Shipping times are estimates and you will not be refunded if it doesn't come on the exact day it said.

8. "What kind of conditioner should I use on my new Indie Ridge boots?"

I've probably tried every conditioner/oil that exists. I recommend "Leather CPR". It's cheap and you'll never see the bottom of that tub.

9. "Do you ship internationally?"

Yes. But you're responsible for all shipping fees, in addition to duty and fees. Sorry, but you know where you live.

10. "How do I return or exchange a product?"

For domestic orders, click anywhere it says "Size Exchanges & Returns" to begin a free exchange or return.

You can email us with any other questions just don't ask how to do a Size Exchange or Return.

Or call us at (323) 207-9181 between 9:30am-5:30pm Pacific Time. If I don't answer, Stephanie or Natalie (the nice ones) will.

If you leave a message, I'll call you back and we'll talk about nothing, or everything, for 45 minutes.

Look great and provide protection

I was in a wreck last weekend at highway speeds and all of my gear was high quality including the boots and gloves purchased at indie ridge, and I walked myself out of the hospital and was back to work on Monday. When it comes time to ride again I will 100% be buying indie ridge again!

Unbeatable

I have not had a chance to test the waterproofing, but here are my first impressions. The quality is superb. First class materials, excellent craftsmanship, beautiful stitching, no gaps between shoe and sole, almost look like a dress boot. My grandfater spent most of his working life in the shoe industry (before the companies bailed in the 60s) and he would be impressed by the workmanship. The advice on fit was spot on. The shoe is a bit wide in the toe area and your normal shoe size should be right. Probably enough room for a thicker sock once they are broken in. I wore them around the house at first to be certain the fit was correct. Really comfortable boot. I am retired but I could imagine riding to work in these boots and wearing them all day with no discomfort. The inner liner for waterproofing does come up above the ankle and it makes it a bit tight to get your foot in, especially if you have a high instep. This is hardly an issue and loosening the laces a bit extra takes care of it. This boot is a winner.

Crash test approved

I’ve had the boots for about a year now. Comfortable , held up no issues, no complaints . just recently had a crash where I broke my leg and my arm but importantly no broken ankles or feet. Cannot recommend these boots enough, worth every penny.

Break in well

The leather breaks in well. Starts to get that worn look pretty quickly. I used the leather conditioner they recommended and they look awesome. Super comfy.
