If you have beefy hands, width size is more important.
If you have long fingers, finger length is more important.
Step 1:
Measure the length of your middle finger on the palmside.
Step 2:
Lightly wrap a string/tailor's tape around the widest part of your knuckles.
Remember, your gloves will break in — BUT mostly in the width of the fingers and hand. They don't magically get longer.

If you use and follow the measuring guide you can’t go wrong unless you have oddly shaped hands. The gloves are top quality and comfortable. I put mink oil on them anyway. Well worth the price compared to what you find on Rvzilla. I normally buy tactical gloves made for cops, they seem to hold up better, but I’m glad I bought these.
Although it is summer in the Midwest and I haven’t officially used these gloves, they do fit and feel like my other similar Indie Ridge gloves. This equals comfort, safety, protection and of course….style!
