1. "Do you make wide sizes?"
Yes, but they have to break in. I designed our boots for an American foot (wider). They may feel snug in the toe box, but they will break in.
2. "But I saw a YouTube review that said—"
LET ME STOP YOU THERE. He's not reviewing the boot you'll receive — and you (hopefully) don't have his foot.
I make upgrades with every batch. Each batch contains those upgrades. The little numbers next to the boot name indicate what version you'll be purchasing.
3. "Do you offer a military/first responder/veteran discount?"
Yes. Email your documentation to hello@indieridgeusa.com and we'll email you a discount code.
4. "Okay, I got them, unlaced the first two grommets, shoved in my foot, and they feel a little tight. Did I get the wrong size?"
Probably not. Take the laces completely off and walk around. Your boot should feel firm everywhere EXCEPT your heel. After some use, the leather will soften and the boot will mould to your foot.
5. "Wait, so I can actually wear them?"
Yes. It's called "The Live Free Guarantee". How can you know if you like riding boots if you can't wear them, or even *GASP* ride with them?
There are some limitations though. Read "The Live Free Guarantee" — but overall, I want happy customers. Happy customers come back.
6. "I can really return them even if I've worn them or ridden with them?"
Yes, but again, read "The Live Free Guarantee" and our Official Return Policy, The "Road House" Return Policy. They work hand in hand.
7. "It's Thursday and I need my boots for a ride Saturday, will they come in time?"
Probably not. You can buy expedited shipping at checkout, but that does not include Fulfillment Time (1-2 business days) and shipping times are estimates.
8. Okay, so what kind of conditioner should I use on my new Indie Ridge boots?
I've tried probably every conditioner/oil that exists. I recommend "Fiebing's Aussie Leather Conditioner". It's cheap and you'll never see the bottom of that tub.
9. "Are your boots CE Certified?"
They are. Our EN 13634:2017 results for The Phoenix Collection (Waterproof) are: 1 2 2 2 + WR and 1 2 2 2 for The Wingman Collection (Ventilated).
We sent our boots to France for testing a year ago, but one American work-hour equals two weeks in France. Our current inventory doesn't have CE marking, but as new inventory arrives, it will.
10. "Do you ship to Canada?"
Yes. But, you're responsible for all shipping, returns, exchanges, in addition to duty and fees. Sorry, but you know where you live.
11. "How do I return or exchange a product?"
There's probably ten links on this site that say "Size Exchanges & Returns." Pick one.

These boots are amazing! They are snug around my ankle with no slippage. I feel they will protect me in a slide should it happen, but let's just keep shiny side up.
I ordered a size up as there was no 12.5 (normally a 12) and they are snug, but very comfortable. Now to convince my wife that I need to also purchase The Crossfields.

The Knight boots are just as comfortable and well built like the other two pairs of ice Ridge riding boots I have purchased. As long as Inde Ridge is around, ill continue to buy my riding boots from them. The fit is perfect.
I was lucky enough to get a pair before they were available to the public and I think they're my favorite so far. I have old Comanches from a year or so ago that I live in, but I've never seen actual motorcycle boots like this. The packaging and presentation is ridiculously cool. I love the hawk box, but this is a new level. Fantastic boot. Just wish I had gotten it before summer!!
