Shipping policy

1. Shipping is free for orders over $200 delivered within United States. This includes military bases that are stationed in other countries. Shipping costs for all other orders will be calculated based on the shipping address at checkout.

2. International orders pay all shipping, taxes and return/exchange postage fees. Hopefully we'll be able to offer free International shipping and exchanges in the future, but right now it's not something that we can absorb. We're working on it though.

3. After an order is placed, we typically process the order within 1-2 business days. After processing, we will provide you a Tracking Number. Orders placed after 9am PST on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday, excluding holidays. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include fulfillment time.
