If you have beefy hands, width size is more important.
If you have long fingers, finger length is more important.
Step 1:
Measure the length of your middle finger on the palmside.
Step 2:
Lightly wrap a string/tailor's tape around the widest part of your knuckles.
Remember, your gloves will break in — BUT mostly in the width of the fingers and hand. They don't magically get longer.

I went down the other day at around 30-35mph. Not a major spill but definitely enough to hurt. My hands would've been pretty torn up, but instead I have just a couple of sore wrists and a good reminder to watch out for gravel!!!!!!
Great stitch work, very confortable. Was on the fence between sizes finger 3.5” and palm 9” sent an e mail and 5 minutes later got a response from Mr. Steve telling me to try the large. Wrote the whole review with the touch pad. They already feel broken in and as confortable as my old boxing gloves
These gloves are fantastic! They have an amazing fit and finish, superb attention to detail, and are made of heavy duty, quality leather. They take a while to break in (sign of good leather) but when they do you hardly know you are wearing them. I used them on the Trans Wisconsin Adventure Trail and they performed great in all weather and road conditions on the 1100 mile trip. Do yourself a favor and buy them...you won't be disappointed! A+++
Unfortunately I did not use these. The color of my gloves were much more red in color than expected
I was hoping for a more tan or “gold” color. I really like the gloves and the fit and will very likely repurchase a pair in the future if the color I’m looking for is offered
Gloves fit well were very comfortable and the phone touch feature works well, though for some reason it didn't work right away but worked well after wearing the gloves for a few minutes. Wore them for about 200 miles yesterday in the heat and even though they are all leather, my hands were comfortable. Very pleased with this purchase.
